Beklentiyi düşük tutunca mutluluk verici
Otel çok büyük değil, fazla kalabalık yok, şezlong bulmak zor değil, havuzlar yeterli, çalışanlar iyi, aşırı temiz değil fakat yeterli, hemen arkasındaki havalimanına uçarsanız gerçekten çok konforlu ulaşım var, odalar sessiz, her yerde hızlı internet var.
Deniz çok sığ, henüz boya gelmeden kuma kadar inen fileye denk geliyorsunuz, yüzme imkanı yok, suda oynamak isteyen çocuklara yönelik, voleybol tam gün ortasında oynanıyor çok yandık, otelde suya erişim çok zor, coca cola boykotu uygulanmıyor, domuz ürünleri restoranda var, bazı odalar asansöre çok uzak, kesinlikle et pişirmeyi bilmiyorlar.

I wouldn’t say it’s the best if you want a fully halal holiday as there are a lot of people in immodest swimwear. They give pork which is clearly labelled.

Très beau séjour
Très beau séjour dans ce bel hôtel au bord de la mer (+++), literie confortable, personnel souriant et au petit soin, la nourriture au top (+++) buffet avec grand choix, piscines extérieures (dont un aquaparc pour enfants), piscine intérieure chauffée, un jacuzzi, (hammam aussi mais pas testé car avec réservation), prêt de serviette de bain pour la piscine/plage
Pour info : pas de soucis pour les tenues de bain modestes (encore heureux), en revanche tout est mixte (pas de piscine privée pour femmes par exemple). Présence d'alcool, et parfois de porc au buffet mais sur un stand bien distinct et bien indiqué
Great for Families
The overall hotel atmosphere- there was lots to do throughout the day. The entertainment team is the backbone of the hotel - so many activities are organised and they have a little dance routine. Food is great- can be repetitive but always tastes nice. There are 3 dedicated pools- none of them feel crowded. Superior rooms are large and spacious. Staff are very friendly, understanding and patient and they will go out of their way to make the stay a great one.
Bathroom cleaning was not the best. The sinks stopper did not work which meant that the bathroom sinks got blocked. The room cleaning staff are lovely but can be inconsistent. On the last night the duvet was set the wrong way around and our hands kept getting stuck inside the duvet cover. On the wall in the kids rooms there was some ‘jam’ smeared on the wall- when we checked in. The pillows are a bit hard. Some staff at the bar may come across as abrupt or terse. It’s just Tunisian mannerism. Tip from the start to ensure you have a good stay throughout. But the rest of the hotel facilities made up for it.

C’est un très bel hôtel, le personnel est très agréable et gentil.
Mr Makeram le Directeur de la réception a été très gentil, disponible et il a vraiment un grand cœur et très agréable, il a un excellent comportement digne d’un bon musulman.
Tous les serveurs, réceptionnistes et femmes de ménages étaient tous et toutes très gentils.
Le Spa était fermé pour cause de covid mais la piscine chauffé à 29 °très agréable mais mixte comme le Spa.
En particulier, Mr Makeram le Directeur de la réception, le réceptionniste Mr Khaled, le bagagiste Mr Sofiene le serveur Al Moes étaient très gentils, disponible, agréables et super avenant.
Je recommande cet hôtel à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent passer un bon moment seul ou en famille.

Point négatif :
Je me dois de dire que cet hôtel propose de la nourriture halal et boissons halal mais malheureusement des boissons alcoolisées à mon grand regret et il n’y a pas de spa privé, plage privée pour femme et hommes comme dans la plupart des hôtel halal en Turquie.
Néanmoins, les gens sont très respectueux fassent aux femmes musulmanes et hommes musulman.
